Entrance Procedure
Entrance Procedure. Submit application documents, VISA process include Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.
STEP1Application
Please contact your local agent or school representatives or contact us directry.
STEP2Fill out Application forms
Fill out Application forms, prepare your resume and Affidavit Support Form.

STEP3Screening Application documents, Interview by Skype and take an online test
After Screening Application documents you will have an Interview by Skype and take an online test.
STEP4Notice of results
Receiving result directry or through your local agency.
STEP5Pay Selection Fee
Selection fee, 11,000 JPY must be paid after receiving acceptance letter.

STEP6Submit all Required forms to LJLS by the deadline.
Please check "Nessesary documents" and send us all documents by the deadline.

STEP7On behald of applications, LJLS will submit an application for the Certificate of Eligibility to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.

STEP8Receiving "Certificate of Eligibility" and "the Certificate of admission"
After Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau notifies us of the visa approval / disapproval, LJLS informs the applicants of the result.
STEP9Pay tuition and fees
Students need to pay tuition and fees.

STEP10Receving Certificate of Eligibility
LJLS sends applicants their Certificate of Eligibility, the Certificate of admission and other documents after payment is confirmed.
STEP11Apply for a visa
Submit the Certifi cate of Eligibility, the Letter of Admission and your passport to the Japanese embassy or Consulate, and apply for a visa (which typically takes several days)
STEP12Reserve your Flight tickets
Please notice us your Flight details as soon as it's confirmed.
STEP13Come to Japan
by the appointed date
Receiving Residence Card at the airport.
※Please also recive Permission to Engage in Activity Other Than That Permitted under the Status of Residence Previously Granted (Permission for part-time job) same time.
STEP14Come to School
Orientation/Level check interview.
