As Japan’s job-hunting is a very unique culture in itself, it is rather difficult for those wishing to work in Japan. First, I did not know anything about job-hunting in Japan. I did not know anything about how to set your hair before the interview, meet and greet the HR, answer the questions, write my resume in a way that makes myself stand out, and finally be hired by the interviewer. I failed many interviews. Everyone in my class found a job, but I was the last one to get one. I thought of quitting then, but the instructors of Linguage Japanese Language School encouraged me and helped me until I was finally able to find a job that I really wanted.
