What was the best class in the curriculum at Linguage Japanese Language School?

The best classes for me in the curriculum were the business class and the news class. In the business class, I picked up many useful phrases and etiquette that I actually use at work now. As for the news class, it was so engaging because I didn’t just learn new vocabulary and expressions; I also got to dive into what's happening in Japan. It made learning feel way more relevant and exciting.

How did you find your job?

I found my job through a website called "Yolo," which connects foreign job seekers with Japanese companies. Thanks to the support from Linguage, I was able to prepare my Japanese resume and practice for interviews, which helped me make a great impression. While job hunting, I also noticed that some Japanese companies post job openings on social media, so maybe it’s worth scrolling through Instagram for more opportunities!

Message to those who want to study in Japan

Living in Japan is truly a unique experience. For starters, since English isn't as widely spoken here as in other countries, you really have to dive into learning the language. But honestly, challenging yourself as you learn is part of the fun, and many Japanese people – and of course the staff at Linguage - are more than happy to support you along the way. There are also so many fascinating events happening all the time, so there's always something to motivate you to keep studying. For me, living in Japan has been a dream come true, and I definitely plan to stay for a long time!
