Job hunting is different in France and Japan. I first contacted a recruitment agency. This company will find out if there is a job that fits my background and will contact you if there is one. I had many interviews. Other than that, I also searched for jobs using the Internet and applied. In this way I was able to find a job.
My Japanese resume was helped at school. I thought this was really important. This is because a Japanese resume is required by any company. Also, thanks to my daily classes, especially business Japanese classes, I was able to learn Japanese manners and honorifics. Thanks to the support of this school, I was prepared. School lessons were really helpful.
First of all, it is important to set your own goals. And you should find out about your work. For example, what you need, how much experience you need, how much Japanese level you need. I think this is completely different depending on the job type. So it's better to find out what you want to do. Also, studying Japanese is the most important thing. Do your best to continue studying Japanese everyday. And while studying Japanese, I have to apply for many jobs at the same time. I applied for about 80 companies, but only about 20 responded. However, as long as you are in Japan, it is important to keep applying until the end. You may have a chance to the end, so I think the most important thing is not to give up.
