VAt Linguage I didn't just learn grammar, listening and reading, but also business manners, how to write business mails etc. For example, the special advanced class was interesting, and there were classes that seemed useful for work. There are also opportunities to hear stories from both the teachers and from foreigners who work in Japan. Because I asked so many questions to my seniors I was able to somewhat understand the business world.
Other that business class, there are other interesting classes. For example, group discussions on certain themes, debates, speeches about your country or culture, etc. I thought it was especially fun when the students got to plan and hold their own Japanese class! Because I got to experience all these different classes, I had plenty of opportunity to practice my Japanese. It was a good experience.
The most important thing is to not give up. To look for a job in Japan and to work for a Japanese company is rare, and there are many things that are hard to understand. Because of that I think everyone will fail at some point, but good results will come to those who work hard and practice their Japanese and business manners. There is a lot to learn from setbacks and mistakes. Be thankful that you get that opportunity, and keep working hard.
