I do like dialogs and situations
Are there any Japanese expressions or manners that left an impression on you through your classes or school life?
Not in particular, but I do like dialogs and situations that appear in our business class textbook. I don’t have keigo in my mother tongue, so it’s interesting to observe how language changes depending on a certain situation in a business environment (company worker speaks to a client, boss speaks to subordinate and so on).
How would you like to apply what you learned at this school after graduation?
I wanna be able to read books in Japanese without a dictionary, so I will continue to read and explore new words. Also, I want to pass JLPT N1 someday, so I’m preparing little by little.
Message to those with a dream of “I want to work in Japan”
First, learn as much Japanese as you can before coming to Japan. I came with ~N3 level but without the ability to actually speak, because I was learning using textbooks and anki, so I felt that my language knowledge wasn’t enough at all. It’s difficult being in a foreign country without knowing a language. Second, visit doctors, especially dentist if you need to.
